We offer a 30-day refund window from the date your order is delivered. Refund requests submitted after this period may not be eligible.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Eligibility depends on factors including, but not limited to:

  • Whether the product was used or unopened

  • The reason for the request

  • Order history and prior refund requests

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.

Returns

If a return is approved:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Returned items must be sent back as instructed by our support team

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Used Products

Because Munchies Strip is a consumable wellness product, used or opened products are not guaranteed a refund. Any exceptions are made strictly at our discretion and handled on a case-by-case basis.

Subscription Orders

For subscription purchases:

  • Orders are non-refundable once they have shipped

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to manage, pause, or cancel subscriptions before the next billing and shipping cycle

Refunds will not be issued for orders that were processed due to a missed cancellation.

Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider

Abuse & Policy Protection

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns in cases of:
