🛑 Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in its original, unopened packaging, with all components included.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for a refund due to the nature of health and personal care items.

📦 How to Start a Return

To begin your return process, please email us at kanaricases@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return

Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and our shipping address.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

✅ Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirmation regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

We’re unable to issue refunds in the following situations:

  • Returns requested after 30 days

  • Items that are opened, used, or missing components

  • Returns sent without prior approval

  • Final sale or promotional items marked as non-refundable
